BUSINESS MEETING
Financial Report & Discussion
Our treasury account is $1,401.79. Two suggestions were made for spending some of the funds; buying table protectors to be used by all our parish groups and room renters choosing to use tools/art supplies/etc in Aquinas Hall, and repair work to the grotto on the St. Mary campus. Reni Lynch will get estimates on the former & Carol Fenrich, the latter.
Aquinas Hall Monitoring Project
Monthly monitoring of Aquinas Hall/Kitchen has completed its trial period and chooses to continue due to its success in maintaining cleanliness and order. The pilot team of Ruth McGinley, Jane Hoffman, Carol Hillman, Reni Lynch, Jan Grable, Barb Mand, LeAnne Green and Rose Behlman are now ready to work with others interested in spending up to 1 hour each week of a month to do light cleaning & putting things in order. Thanks to our new volunteers. February = Sharon Kempinger & Reni Lynch, March = Jane Hoffman & Diane Streblow. April = Carol Fenrich & TBD, May = Catherine Lindsay & TBD, and June = Joan Suenkel & TBD. (Please note that members of the pilot team will select one of the April/May/June months & contact the new volunteer.)

“CROSSES & CROSSROADS”
Jenny Thorn displayed her collection of crosses and invited each of us to select one that “spoke to us.” With a background of music she lead us on Christ’s journey to His cross and provided us with opportunities to examine our own lives in relation to each of the Stations. Members were then invited to share why they chose the particular cross they did from such a large selection. Thank You, Jenny, for your beautiful insights to prepare us for our Lenten Journey!

Don’t forget to read Making Rounds with Oscar in preparation for our March discussion with Judy Russell.
Our meeting closed with the following prayer:
Dear God, out of love for us You sent Your only Son, Jesus. Help us to say, “YES” to Your call in our lives. We know our failings and weaknesses and ask Your help t o be loving and helpful to others. Help us to follow Jesus in all that we do. Help us to remember Your great love for us not only today, buy always. AMEN.
